Tim Church (Steel Drum)
			Tim Church received a bachelor of Music Performance from Grand Valley State University, and a Masters in Percussion Performance from The University of Akron. Tim is currently employed at Black Swamp Percussion, managing dealer and artist relations, as well as organizing marketing activities. He is also active throughout West Michigan as a steel drum performer with his band Pangea, providing entertainment for a wide variety of corporate events, wedding receptions, private parties and music festivals. As a freelance percussionist, Tim has performed as an extra percussionist with the Akron, Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo Symphonies, and has performed with the percussion quartet, Sound Waves, at the Fontana Chamber Music Series, in concert with the Grand Rapids Symphony Percussion Ensemble, and most recently with the GVSU New Music Ensemble at the Bang on a Can Marathon in New York City.
